Nice to meet you, I’m Sander Olo.
With a master’s degree in geophysics, I once dove deep into correlating rock layers in the Narva oil shale quarry using techniques like gamma logging and magnetic susceptibility. My academic journey laid the foundation for a lifelong passion: making complex subjects accessible and engaging.
This passion led me to the world of museums, where I’ve experimented with VR, AR, and even AI in education—long before ChatGPT was a buzzword. Under my leadership, the Natural History Museum of Estonia became Estonia’s first to adopt the Design Sprint method, slashing exhibition preparation time from six months to just matter of weeks.
Today, I combine my diverse expertise in museum curation, UX/UI, and project management to create exhibitions that inspire change. I truly believe that when museums do things right, they can transform the world.
